 After four months in steel on its lees, this Greco di Tufo expresses intense and persistent hints of fresh fruit and wild flowers, combined with a pleasant and delicate minerality. In the sip, the minerality returns with greater vigor and corroborates the decisive freshness, characteristic of the grape. To drink with raw fish, buffalo mozzarella and white meat first courses.
