Varieties: Listán Blanco 80%, Listán Negro 20%
Area of origin: The grapes come from two plots in Granadilla de Abona, Los Frontones, which is the highest vineyard in Spain at 1,687 m above sea level, and La Cruz de Tea at an altitude of 950 m above sea level.
Form of cultivation: Vineyards in glass of more than 80 years. WORKED MANUALLY.
Tasting note: Straw yellow wine, aromas of medium-high intensity, complex, with notes of green apple, orange blossom and tropical fruit. On the palate it is fresh, with very good acidity, structured and balanced. It is a wine that will evolve well in the bottle for at least the next 3 years. Production: 2000 bottles of 0.75 cl . ;DO.
