View: Pale yellow, clean and bright, with golden reflections. Very fine bubbles Nose: Ripe white fruit and floral notes. Minerality and great freshness. Mouth: Spectacular. Very fresh and intense on the palate, with a long haul. On toasted notes we discover again the freshness and the floral and ripe fruit notes. Balanced acidity. At the end we find aniseed notes.
