The hand-harvested grapes are taken to the winery where the fermentation process begins in stainless steel tanks at 25ºC. 80% of the wine is stored in oak barrels for different uses for 6 to 8 months.

Tasting note:
Red color with dark blue hues. On the nose there are aromas of green pepper, red fruits and ripe plums mixed with hints of coffee and vanilla. The palate is firm, with a tannic structure that gives it character and a long and persistent finish.
Pairing:
Ideal to accompany various pastas and meats such as lasagna, ravioli, fettuccine, veal and beef, as well as quiches, grilled vegetables and Cheddar cheese.
Description:
CABINA 56 commemorates the first truck owned by Vicente Aresti A., which he used for many years during each harvest. This truck had a great distinctive, its large cabin, which is why from the beginning it was called "CABIN".
